Use Garlic & Onion infused oils so you still have taste in your cooking
Table Sugar is fine as it is half fructose half glucose…the glucose cancels out the fructose
Real Maple Syrup and Cinnamon and rice Malt Syrup are great substitutes for a sweet fix
Avoid chewing Gum as it contains sorbitol, so does toothpaste and mouth wash
When it comes to alcohol stick to dry whites and potato-based vodkas
Glucose is the anti-fructose
Dextrose is a simple sugar made from corn and has similar chemical identity to glucose and is fine for us
Always read labels on all products
High Fructose Corn Syrup is a big NO NO !!
Make sure you GP doesn’t prescribe any medication with Fructose
Fructaid tablets let you eat whatever you want symptom free, just take before eating
Your GP doesn’t have the knowledge to deal with intolerances, you need a gut specialist
